Teruo Inami
President Director
SECOM Indonesia
Prior to joining SECOM, Teruo Inami spent 30 years at a Japanese Bank from 1988 to 2018 and held various roles across Japan, UK & US. Then he first joined SECOM in 2018 and has served in several leadership roles since then.
He has experienced transformative working positions in the International sales Development Department. After years of experience as a member of the SECOM group, he has learned varieties and differences of security service businesses in each country.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for PT SECOM Indonesia as President Director with the responsibility to focus on improving the experience of local business expansion in Indonesia. He is both passionate about protecting customers and providing them a relief that they are safe and well protected.

Akira Kikuta
Vice President
SECOM Indonesia
Akira Kikuta joined as a member of SECOM Japan team in 1980, and recently assumed the role of Vice President of PT SECOM Indonesia, as well as President Director of PT SECOM Bhayangkara (Indonesia) in 2022.
During his work at SECOM Japan, he has a track record of growing the company’s annual sales and growth rate and led a successful number of contracts. Kikuta has advanced security service authorized licenses in Japan, such as alarm systems, inside and outside building security, certified transport valuables (logistical high-value assets), and security escort service for businesses and private executive’s clients — including private citizens and dignitaries.
His current role in Indonesia includes developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols and procedures, training and supervising security officers and guards, conducting regular security inspections, and keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services.

Hiroyuki Fukuda
Finance Director
SECOM Indonesia
Hiroyuki Fukuda joined SECOM Japan in April 2004 and was recently responsible for the role of Finance Director of SECOM Indonesia in November 2020, to manage the company’s long-term financial health and growth.
Currently, he works in directing the financial plan and strategy for the company and controlling financial assets to run the company’s businesses, including directing financial planning and strategy, analyzing and reporting on financial performance, and developing and implementing accounting policies.

Emanuel N. Mustika
HRDGA Director
SECOM Indonesia
Emanuel first joined SECOM Indonesia in May 2015. He is the Director of HRDGA of PT SECOM Indonesia, as well as Director of PT SECOM Bhayangkara, where he oversees the company’s administrative functions, including human resources and security staff affairs.
His current role as HRDGA Director of PT SECOM Indonesia is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations regarding human resources policies programs and practices. Currently, he is working on integrating the HRDGA current system to develop and improve the company administrative structure to get a better and more effective arrangement between the company, employees, the Union, and external parties.
On the other hand, as PT SECOM Bhayangkara Director, he is responsible for supporting, ensuring, and sustaining a better security employment system in accordance to guarantee the compliance practices in running the security business in Indonesia.
