Before stepping into his role as President Director of SECOM Indonesia, Go Miyachi deepened his expertise in market expansion. This experience has given him a unique perspective on both local and global business dynamics.

Ryoichi Kojima has been an integral member of the SECOM Japan team since 1998, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in the security field. During his tenure at SECOM Japan, he has proven himself to be a valuable asset by providing insightful advice, effective management, and reliable guidance to the total security services business at SECOM.

In recognition of his impressive track record and outstanding contributions, he was appointed as the Operations Director of PT SECOM Indonesia, as well as the President Director of PT SECOM Bhayangkara (Indonesia) in 2023. In his current role, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive security procedures, training and supervising security guards and personnel, conducting periodic security inspections, and advancing the technical capabilities of security services to deliver top-notch Japanese quality security to all customers in Indonesia.

Kyota Komori joined SECOM Japan in April 2012 and was recently responsible for the role of Finance Director of SECOM Indonesia and SECOM Bhayangkara in December 2022 to guide and support the company in the right, bright, and upward direction so that the business can operate flexibly and efficiently.

Over the years, he gained experience in various areas, including sales, corporate sales, management analysis, and international business planning. As Finance Director, his primary role is to manage the company’s financial resources, identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop financial strategies to achieve the company’s goals. His extensive knowledge and experience also make him an invaluable asset to the company’s overall operations.

Emanuel first joined SECOM Indonesia in May 2015. He is the Director of HRDGA of PT SECOM Indonesia, as well as Director of PT SECOM Bhayangkara, where he oversees the company’s administrative functions, including human resources and security staff affairs.

His current role as HRDGA Director of PT SECOM Indonesia is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations regarding human resources policies programs and practices. Currently, he is working on integrating the HRDGA current system to develop and improve the company administrative structure to get a better and more effective arrangement between the company, employees, the Union, and external parties.

On the other hand, as PT SECOM Bhayangkara Director, he is responsible for supporting, ensuring, and sustaining a better security employment system in accordance to guarantee the compliance practices in running the security business in Indonesia.

A. Sukri Pasaribu retired from the Indonesian National Police (Polri) in 2012, and on July 1, 2016, he joined SECOM Bhayangkara as a Commissioner. With his extensive experience and mature leadership, he was entrusted with greater responsibilities as a member of the SECOM Bhayangkara board of directors. A. Sukri Pasaribu is committed to continuing to make significant contributions to the development of SECOM Bhayangkara.

Before joining SECOM Bhayangkara, Susilo Riyanto was a member of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) with the final rank of Police Commissioner. During his police career, he served as the Head of Unit at the National Police Headquarters. Susilo Riyanto began his career at SECOM Bhayangkara as the Operational Director, where he ensures optimal quality and performance in serving SECOM Bhayangkara customers across all service areas.
