We are looking for an experienced HRGA Manager, who supports such recruitment process, training, payroll, employment planning, employment disciplinary, industrial relationship, and understands to manage General Affairs matters.
Job Description
- Manage the compensation system, benefits, and facilities, to ensure that the system established by the company is competitive, in line with industry practices, according to the company’s financial capabilities and performance.
- Understand and update employment information if there are changes in rules and policies.
- Conduct coaching & counseling for employees in need, in order to achieve the expected work performance, in accordance with the needs of coaching & counseling techniques.
- Develop, evaluate, and develop employee competency systems to achieve the target level of employee competency levels.
- Socialize company policies to employees.
- Review and revise HR policies and SOPs, so that they can be applied appropriately, in accordance with changes or applicable regulations.
- Improve and supervise the corporate culture to match the values and vision and mission set by the company.
- Maintain good relations and resolve any existing problems so that a harmonious relationship occurs.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the organizational structure in accordance with the needs of the company, by carrying out the process of recruiting and placing competent employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 degree majoring in Law or HR Management.
- 10 years of experience in HRGA, preferable in the Security business.
- Good relationship with Government Institutional.
- Have knowledge of the Indonesian Employment Act and manpower regulations.
- Knows Indonesia labour legislation very well.
- Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
- Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
- Have a hands-on and good experience with Microsoft Excel.

- Able to develop new opportunities in promoting and selling Security systems or equipment for building facilities such as CCTV, X-Ray, Fingerprint Machine, Face Recognition Machine, etc.
- Identify and able to strategize how to win the projects (retail and corporate segment).
- Build relationships with Customers for long-term purposes.
- Identifying customer needs to increase offers to related customers.
- Mastering product knowledge to make an offer to customers.
- Make weekly visit reports based on market and sales information accurately.
- Monitor the status of customer orders to avoid delays in delivery.
- Having good after-sales communication with customers in order to increase customer trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Any education background, or other relevant disciplines.
- >5 years experience in Sales of automation systems or equipment for building facilities. Experienced in Security systems such as camera CCTV, X-Ray, Fingerprint Machine, Face Recognition Machine field is preferable.
- Good networking especially with consultants and developers.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the customer’s organization.
- Fluent in English and able to conduct presentations to customers.
- Strong ability to identify the customer’s needs and provide solutions to customers.

- Test Awal (Pemeriksaan fisik; tidak bertato, tidak bertindik (khusus wanita tidak bertindik tambahan) dan tidak menderita penyakit kulit, Ukur Tinggi & Berat badan, Push-Up, dan Sit-Up.
- Test Lanjutan dengan sistem gugur (Parade, Psycho Test, Medical Check Up, Kesamaptaan Jasmani, dan Wawancara).
